Oracle Project Manager

Tasks

• Lead enterprise Oracle implementation projects from initiation through deployment.

Requirements

• 7–8+ years of overall IT Project Management experience
• At least 3 years of experience managing Oracle-related projects
• Proven experience with Oracle implementation, upgrades, integrations, or migration projects
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP / Oracle EBS, preferably Financials and SCM
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience coordinating UAT, system cutover, go-live, and post-production support
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO, and start immediately
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
• Experience with financial and supply chain business processes (preferred)
• Strong change management, testing, and implementation governance experience (preferred)
