Kelly Services is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations within a fast-paced environment, helping to boost team productivity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Answer incoming calls and respond to emails, delivering excellent customer service. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with strong attention to detail. Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. Collaborate with colleagues to improve office processes and procedures. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous administrative experience preferred but not required. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with office equipment including printers, scanners, and copiers.
