Job description
Bluebix Solutions is hiring a Tax Administrator in Encino, California. This full-time role supports our tax department by managing administrative tasks and client communications to ensure efficient tax operations. Key Responsibilities: Accurately document and record tax filing information Communicate with clients via phone, email, SMS, and mail Prepare and organize client document requests Review and interpret IRS transcripts including Wage & Income and Account Transcripts Assist Tax Preparers by requesting additional information or supporting documents Track and update client account status and workflow progress Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Excellent time management and organizational abilities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with tax or financial services industry preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required Location: Encino, CA Job Type: Full-time, on-site position
