About the role

The Sandbar and Honeyhole Co. is seeking a part-time team member to help keep the salon clean, organized, and welcoming while assisting customers and with spray tan preparation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, and learn about the products.
• Keep the salon tidy, sanitize tanning beds, restock, and complete routine daily tasks.
• Book spray tan appointments by phone and assist Elizabeth with spray tan preparation.

Requirements

• Be friendly, dependable, punctual, mature, motivated, and ready to work.
• Preferably be 17 or older.
• Be a self-starter who stays productive without constant direction, learns quickly, and is comfortable greeting and speaking with customers.
• Be honest, outgoing, confident, detail-oriented, professional, respectful, and able to follow instructions and salon procedures.
• Be a team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. A sense of humor is a plus.
• Wear clean, neat, and appropriate clothing; communicate clearly and respectfully, and bring issues or concerns directly to Elizabeth.
• Treat clients and coworkers with respect. Rude or dismissive behavior, gossip, personal phone use around clients, a negative attitude, lack of effort, and workplace drama are not acceptable or tolerated.
