Key Responsibilities For The Payroll Administrator

Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on schedule Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Maintain payroll records, audits, and reconciliations Handle payroll tax filings, deductions, and support certified payroll reporting Partner with HR and accounting on employee data and updates Support payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution

Qualifications For The Payroll Administrator

2+ years of payroll processing experience Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax regulations preferred Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, or similar)
