This is a great opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys a hands-on role, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Construction experience is a plus!

Key Responsibilities

Process accurate and timely payroll for employeesReview timekeeping and payroll data for accuracyMaintain employee payroll records and process deductions and adjustmentsAssist with payroll tax filings, reporting, reconciliations, and complianceRespond to employee questions regarding payroll and timekeepingResearch and resolve payroll discrepanciesMaintain accurate payroll documentation and recordsPartner with HR and accounting on payroll-related mattersAssist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2sSupport payroll process improvements and other projects as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of payroll experienceStrong understanding of payroll processes and complianceHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailConstruction or prevailing wage experience is a plus
