Sales and Marketing Executive in Jaipur, Rajasthan

DigiInk Solutions is hiring a full-time Sales and Marketing Executive in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This role supports business growth by identifying prospects, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and collaborating on marketing campaigns. The position is on-site and reports to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Research markets to identify leads and potential clients.
• Contact prospective customers through cold calling and direct outreach.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Build client relationships, understand customer needs, and tailor offerings.
• Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend networking events and promote company services and products.
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Cold-calling ability and knowledge of sales strategy development.
• Analytical skills to evaluate marketing effectiveness and sales performance.
• Sales or marketing experience preferred, but not required; 2–3 years of relevant experience is desirable for mid-level candidates.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.

Compensation and Work Environment
