About the role
Lead solution design, project execution, and delivery of enterprise Pega solutions.
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Pega projects.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to Pega development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Requirements
- 10+ Years
- Strong hands-on experience and expertise in Pega LSA (Lead System Architect).
- Proven experience leading and delivering Pega-based projects.
- Preferred: Agile project management experience.
- Preferred: Client-facing experience and relationship management.
- Preferred: Additional Pega certifications or knowledge of related technologies.
- Preferred: Good understanding of SDLC methodologies.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
