Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security and safety compliance.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and respond promptly to incidents or alarms.
• Manage access control, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the facility.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports of daily activities and incidents.
• Assist in evacuation during emergencies and conduct safety drills.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on security protocols.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• At least 2 years of experience in security or related fields.
• Strong surveillance skills with proficiency in CCTV and alarm systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional public interaction.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Preferred: Security-related certifications such as PSIRA registration.
