Tasks

Lead enterprise ontology & semantic data strategy
Design pharma ontologies: R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, Manufacturing, Quality, Medical Affairs, Commercial
Build & govern knowledge graphs, taxonomies, vocabularies
Drive standards: CDISC, MedDRA, FHIR, SNOMED, IDMP
Enable AI/GenAI and decision intelligence via semantics

Requirements

12+ yrs in Pharma / Life Sciences
5+ yrs hands-on Ontology Engineering / Knowledge Graphs
RDF, OWL, SPARQL, SKOS & graph technologies
Neo4j, Stardog, Ontotext, Amazon Neptune, Collibra
Proven record leading enterprise data transformation
Global pharma enterprise knowledge graph experience (Preferred)
AI/GenAI, Data Fabric, Metadata Mgmt, MDM (Preferred)
Master's/PhD in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Data Sci or CS (Preferred)
