Job description
About the role
STARCOM is seeking a full-time, board-certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support the rehabilitation, physical readiness, and human performance of Space Force trainees.
Tasks
- Supporting rehabilitation and return-to-training programs.
- Identifying early injury risks and movement deficiencies.
- Integrating recovery and reconditioning into military training.
- Tracking clinical outcomes and injury trends to improve performance and readiness.
- Work alongside Physical Therapists and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) to help future Guardians recover from injuries, improve functional performance, and safely return to training.
Requirements
- APTA-certified Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Passion for sports medicine, rehabilitation, and human performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume training environment.
