About the Role
Bluebis Solutions is seeking a skilled Plaintiffs Class Action Attorney to join our legal team remotely. This full-time position requires a litigator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in complex class action and consumer litigation. The successful candidate will be dedicated to advocating for clients’ rights throughout all litigation phases, including investigation, settlement, and appeals.
Responsibilities
- Engage in all stages of class action litigation: investigation, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and appeals.
- Collaborate effectively with attorneys and team members on legal strategies and case management.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Manage cases independently while maintaining clear communication within a remote team environment.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer or class action law.
- Active California Bar membership in good standing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
