About the Role
Bluebis Solutions is seeking an experienced Plaintiffs Class Action Attorney for a full-time, remote position. This role is suited to a California-licensed litigator with at least five years of experience handling complex litigation, preferably consumer or class action matters. You will advocate for clients throughout the litigation process, from investigation through settlement and appeal.
Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of class action litigation, including case investigation, discovery, motion practice, settlement, and appeals.
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members on legal strategy and case management.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Manage cases independently and communicate effectively with a remote team.
Qualifications
- At least five years of litigation experience; consumer or class action experience is preferred.
- Membership in the California Bar in good standing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
