Plumbing EstimatorProject Manager

This position does the estimating and management of plumbing projects. Requirements include plumbing experience, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, good communication skills, ability to multi-task, punctuality, computer literacy (Adobe, Microsoft, Planswift), detail orientation, and organization. Responsibilities include creating detailed project estimates and change orders, coordinating material and equipment needs, solving project issues, reviewing and forecasting costs, reviewing vendor invoices, monitoring projects, and participating in weekly meetings.
