Position: Maintenance & Repairs Supervisor We are hiring a skilled Maintenance & Repairs Supervisor with expertise in pool systems to lead technical operations, supervise staff, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular pool inspections and water quality testing (pH, chlorine, disinfectants, oxidizers). Repair or replace pool equipment including filtration systems, pumps, heaters, chlorination, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Perform routine cleaning, water treatments, and apply algaecide as needed. Install new pool equipment ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ensure all operations meet Florida Department of Health pool and spa regulations. Diagnose and resolve technical issues such as leaks, malfunctions, and system failures. Maintain detailed service records, water test logs, and equipment reports. Train clients on proper pool maintenance and safety protocols. Supervise maintenance and repair staff during on-site projects. Utilize the ION app to register and update pool status reports efficiently. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in pool construction, maintenance, and repair. Knowledge of pool water chemistry and safety regulations. Strong troubleshooting and technical skills. Ability to supervise and train team members. Familiarity with the ION app or similar pool management software preferred. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary: $50,000 per year.
