Prep Cook Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service
✅ Make sandwiches, salads, breakfast items, and other menu items
✅ Assist the grill cook during busy hours
✅ Wash, cut, and organize vegetables and ingredients
✅ Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen
✅ Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment as needed
✅ Follow food safety and quality standards
✅ Help with general kitchen cleaning and closing duties

Requirements:
✔️ Kitchen or food prep experience preferred (training available for the right person)
✔️ Reliable and punctual
✔️ Positive attitude and team player
✔️ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Must be organized and pay attention to detail
