Job description
Requirements
- 10+ Years
- Strong experience in SAP HCM, US Payroll, Compensation, and Time Management.
- Good understanding of Benefits, Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA).
- Strong knowledge of US Gross-to-Net Payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with BSI Tax Factory, Taxes, Garnishments, and Net Payments.
- Experience with US Payroll Schema and PCR configuration.
- Knowledge of Year-End Payroll, HRSP deployment, and Tax Reporting (PU19).
- Experience with Off-Cycle Payroll, 401(k), Payroll Postings, and Month-End Accruals.
- Integration experience with Kronos, CATS, SAP, and Time Quotas is preferred.
