Procurement Supply Chain Manager (SCM)

Tasks

• Lead construction procurement activities and supplier selection strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Execute RFx processes and ensure timely contracting of project scopes.
• Review, analyze, and clarify supplier bid packages.
• Negotiate cost reductions and prepare supplier award recommendations.
• Pre-qualify suppliers based on financial credibility, insurance, and project experience.
• Collaborate with Construction, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
• Drive commercial cost savings and ensure project schedules and budgets are met.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the heavy construction industry.
• EPC or General Contractor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial construction markets.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and/or Acrobat.
• Understanding of construction contracts and basic contract law.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities independently.
