Job description
Tasks
- Drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of complex enterprise technology products, with a strong focus on Agentic AI and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience, with strong experience as a Product Owner / Technical Product Owner.
- Practical understanding of Agentic AI, including AI Agents and Autonomous AI Patterns, On-Behalf-Of (OBO) Patterns, AI Agent Orchestration, Multi-Agent Interactions, and Agent Lifecycle Management.
- Working knowledge of IAM & Identity Security, including Workload Identities, Authentication & Authorization, Least Privilege & Zero Trust, Microsoft Entra ID, and Policy-Based Access Control.
- Strong experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies and Jira, including Product Roadmap Management, Epics, Features & User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Backlog Prioritization, PI Planning & Sprint Planning.
