Job description
Tasks
- Develop structured, AI-consumable specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria & edge cases.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications.
- Utilize prompt engineering and specification-driven development.
- Collaborate across ARTs and manage multiple teams.
- Understand data pipelines, system pipelines & technical workflows.
- Enable AI-driven development using GitHub Copilot and automation frameworks.
- Align Business, Engineering & QE teams for successful delivery.
- Drive test-first development with automated test scenarios using Playwright.
- Establish reusable frameworks, templates & governance for cross-team adoption.
Requirements
- APIs, SDLC & automation frameworks.
- Technical specification writing & structured requirements.
- AI tools, Copilot & prompt engineering.
- Quality Engineering & automation-first mindset.
- Strong communication, analytical & stakeholder management skills.
