Production Team Member

We are looking to add a motivated person to our roastery team to help with all aspects of coffee production. This is a very hands-on role with lots of room for growth and learning. The right candidate will be a fast learner, good communicator, reliable, and excited to work in coffee.

Responsibilities include:
• Coffee production: Stickering, bagging, sealing, taping, picking, and shipping coffee orders
• Cold brew & instant production: Grinding, brewing, and packaging cold brew. Prepping and running instant coffee
• Quality Control: TDS measurements, color sorting, color readings, and setting up cuppings
• Roastery operations: Cleaning, organizing, and basic maintenance of the roastery and production areas, helping with other production and warehouse tasks as needed

We run a small team, so everyone pitches in. You should be comfortable jumping between different tasks, working efficiently, and taking ownership of getting things done.

• Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Hours: Approximately 24–30 hours per week
• Location: The Row, Downtown Los Angeles
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, with Monday-Wednesday being most important

This is a physical, hands-on job. The position involves standing for extended periods, repetitive production and packing work, and regularly lifting and moving bags and boxes of coffee. The ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs independently is required. Heavier items may be moved as a two-person job. The roastery can also be a very loud working environment at times. Headphones are permitted while working when appropriate, and ear protection can be provided.
