Program Lead/Manager – AI & Digital Transformation

Job description

Lead enterprise AI, GenAI, Intelligent Automation, and Data Transformation programs.
Drive AI adoption strategies and enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Manage large-scale banking and financial services transformation programs.
Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, data, and engineering.
Manage program governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and executive reporting.
Drive organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and business adoption.
Lead Agile delivery using Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.

Strong Program / Portfolio Management experience.
Enterprise AI / Generative AI transformation experience.
Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
Digital Transformation and Change Management.
Agile Program Delivery (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
Executive stakeholder and vendor management.
Exposure to AML, KYC, SOX, Basel III, CCAR, or other banking regulations.
Candidates already local to NYC/NJ are preferred.
Candidates willing to relocate immediately with a short notice period will be highly prioritized.
