Job description

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT project/program management experience
  • Hands-on experience in Life, P&C, or Health Insurance
  • Strong knowledge of insurance workflows: underwriting, policy administration, claims, and reinsurance
  • Experience with insurance core systems such as Guidewire or Duck Creek
  • Expertise in program delivery, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk mitigation, and vendor management
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred
