Program Manager

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT programs and projects
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and project risks
• Drive digital transformation initiatives within insurance organizations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and business requirements
• Partner with business and technology teams to achieve program objectives

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
• Hands-on experience in the Insurance domain (Life, P&C, or Health)
• Strong understanding of underwriting, claims, policy administration, and reinsurance processes
• Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar insurance platforms
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred

Schedule

• 11 Months Contract
• 100% Onsite
