Program Manager – Insurance Solutions

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple IT projects and programs
• Manage project dependencies, resources, timelines, and budgets
• Drive initiatives across underwriting, policy administration, claims, reinsurance, and actuarial systems
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, data privacy, and security standards
• Collaborate with business leaders, executives, and third-party vendors
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and program financials

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
• Strong experience in the Insurance industry (Life, P&C, or Health)
• Experience with insurance transformation and core systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.)
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, and SDLC methodologies
