Tasks
- Lead large-scale software engineering engagements.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Software Delivery / Technical Program Management.
- 5+ years managing large engineering programs (30+ engineers).
- Strong experience in Staff Augmentation, Vendor Management, or GSI engagements.
- Expertise in Resource Planning, Utilization, Staffing Operations, and Stakeholder Management.
- Working knowledge of SDLC, AWS, CI/CD, and Agentic AI concepts.
- Strong client-facing communication and escalation management skills.
- Must be based in or around San Diego, CA.
