Job description
About the role
VIP Executive Search is partnering with an established and growing real estate development organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Construction or real estate development accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of loan draws, job costing, and financial reporting
- Strong Excel skills and understanding of GAAP
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Sage Intacct experience is a plus
Schedule
- Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM
- Full-Time
- On-Site
Pay
- $85,000–$90,000
