Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Project Manager, Construction to work in a leadership role with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams. Responsibilities

• Lead project safety culture by instilling Haley & Aldrich’s Foundational Safety Behaviors in project activities.
• Lead projects from award through closeout, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, contract, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare and maintain schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, and daily and weekly reporting.
• Coordinate daily with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to support safe and efficient site operations.
• Prepare, track, and submit invoices with appropriate backup tied to the SOV.
• Maintain cost control and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure delivery of required submittals, documentation, and regulatory compliance items.
• Write detailed Work Plans, including Health & Safety Plans (HASPs), Sampling & Analysis Plans (SAPs), Remedial Action/Implementation Plans, and Quality Control Plans.
