📢 We're Hiring: Project Manager, Quality Assurance
📍 Location: #Boston, MA, Katalyst Pro.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Quality Assurance to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional QA projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project-management expertise, knowledge of GxP quality and compliance requirements, and the ability to drive accountability across teams while supporting quality systems, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned #QA projects.
✅ Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers, risk logs, and status reports.
✅ Coordinate cross-functional teams across Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Supply Chain.
✅ Facilitate project meetings and track decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
✅ Monitor project scope, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate concerns and recommend mitigation strategies.
✅ Support #QA initiatives involving quality systems, compliance, audit readiness, process improvement, and operational effectiveness.
🔹 Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of project-management experience supporting #QA, Quality Systems, Manufacturing Quality, Compliance, or related functions.
✅ Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects with competing priorities and tight timelines.
✅ Working knowledge of #GxP principles, including #GMP, #GCP, and #GDP.
✅ Experience with project planning, scheduling, scope management, risk assessments, and milestone tracking.
✅ Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
⭐ Preferred Technical Skills:
✅ Project-management tools: Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Confluence.
✅ Electronic Quality Management Systems (#eQMS): Veeva Vault, TrackWise, MasterControl, or equivalent platforms.
