🔹 Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Systems Integrator to support a large-scale data center migration program within the banking industry.
The candidate will manage application migration activities, coordinate with multiple technology and business teams, track migration progress, identify blockers, and ensure applications move through a standardized migration process to the new data centers.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage applications through the data center migration factory.
Coordinate application migration activities across multiple teams.
Ensure applications follow standardized migration processes and CTO-defined technology standards.
Establish repeatable processes and track application progress through each migration stage.
Identify, escalate, and resolve blockers impacting migration timelines.
Act as a Wave Manager, coordinating migration activities and deliverables.
Monitor migration readiness and provide updates on wave health and cutover timelines.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide regular status reports.
Partner with reporting teams to track migration progress and project metrics.
Coordinate custom migration activities based on application and technology requirements.
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of Project Management experience.
Strong experience with JIRA.
Experience with Power BI reporting.
Experience with Clarizen.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Experience tracking project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ability to identify and escalate project blockers.
Basic understanding of system and network requirements.
