What You'll Do

Review, track, and enter lease-related updates into financial and operational systemsManage revenue and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate tenant billing and collectionsLead CAM (Common Area Maintenance) budgeting and reconciliation in partnership with property managementReconcile property-level general ledger accounts and prepare journal entriesAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation and analysisSupport ongoing property accounting projects and process improvements

Who You Are
