Job description
Tasks
- Provide psychiatric consultations, patient assessments, and treatment plans.
- Re-evaluate patients and prescribe medications per protocol.
- Participate in treatment team efforts, including involuntary treatment when needed.
- Support clinical guidelines and licensure & accreditation readiness.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. diploma/transcripts from an accredited program.
- Completion of an accredited U.S. Residency or Fellowship in Psychiatry.
- Current, valid, unrestricted Psychiatrist license in Arizona.
- Current PSV, DEA Registration, NPI verification, and N95 fit test.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
