Job description
Tasks
- Conduct quality audits and evaluate agent performance.
- Deliver classroom and new-hire communication training.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and refresher training.
- Manage onboarding, OJT, and employee development.
- Identify training gaps and drive quality improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience in Training, QA, Quality Analyst, or related roles.
Schedule
- 100% Onsite
- Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM CST
- Direct Hire
Pay
- $52,500 Annually
