Job description
About the role
Hjlogistics is seeking a quality control associate to monitor, inspect, and document warehouse operations and compliance with client procedures and standards. The assignment length is 6 months.
The current location is Coppell, TX 75019, with a transition to Fort Worth, TX 76131 over 6 months. Candidates must be mobile or able to transition. The tentative start is as early as October 1, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform systematic data entry.
- Support receiving, stocking, picking, and packing.
- Document and communicate discrepancies with the lead.
- Perform routine process checks for shipping and handling.
- Follow established inspection procedures.
- Provide flexible cross-functional support for warehouse functions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of related warehouse or quality experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and handling.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Experience with inventory control, receiving, picking, and shipping.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
