Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and treatments customized to client preferences.
• Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and offer expert advice on hairstyles and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon workstations and tools.
• Manage client appointments efficiently to optimize service delivery.
• Stay current with the latest hair trends and styling techniques to enhance skills.
• Promote salon products and services to help achieve sales targets.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in hair styling and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hair care products and styling tools.
• Cosmetology or hair styling certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant salon experience preferred.
