About the role

We're a boutique brokerage in Weston, FL, serving Latin American investors buying in Miami, Orlando, and South Florida.

Most of our clients are international, and they need an agent who can guide them confidently in both languages.

Tasks

• No cold calling. We hand you qualified leads.
• Our team uses AI-powered systems to manage, track, and follow up on every lead, so nothing falls through the cracks.
• In-house property management division and support for your investor clients.

Requirements

• Active Florida real estate license
• 2+ years of real estate experience
• Fluent in English AND Spanish, spoken and written (required)
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable working with a CRM

Schedule

• This is a full time job
