Receptionist

Part time · Weekends only

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist to join the Gracie’s Play Café team on weekends. You’ll help create a warm, safe and fun experience for every family that walks through our doors.

YOUR ROLE:
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude
- Get indemnity forms completed by guests
- Check that children are wearing socks
- Issue armbands to children and accompanying adults
- Open a table for guests
- Manage paid for activities and bookings
- Manage the phone – answer calls and take messages
- Take birthday party inquiries and provide information
- Check guests out and settle their bills
- Ensure children do not leave without a parent/guardian
- Ensure adults do not have without settling their bill
