Receptionist

We are seeking a polished, personable, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests at a premier automotive dealership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality - Answer and direct incoming Sales & Service calls - Assist customers and connect them with the appropriate department - Professionally address and de-escalate customer concerns - Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area - Assist guests with beverages and refreshments at the complimentary coffee bar - Maintain dealership and product knowledge through ongoing training REQUIREMENTS - Exceptional customer service and communication skills - Professional appearance and business attire - Strong organization and multitasking abilities - Confident phone and email etiquette - Comfortable making decisions in a moderate-pressure environment - Proficient with Microsoft Office, Gmail and business software - Valid driver’s license held for at least one year - Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus - Barista or hospitality experience is a plus $20.00/HR | FULL-TIME Monday–Saturday Schedule varies between 8:00 AM–7:00 PM READY TO APPLY?
