Recruiter

Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred
Experience recruiting through Facebook, Craigslist, and other online platforms
Strong documentation and data-entry skills
Ability to consistently follow up with applicants and workers
Comfortable making phone calls, conducting interviews, and communicating professionally
Proactive approach to finding qualified candidates before positions need to be filled
Strong organization and time-management skills
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to meet daily recruiting goals
Comfortable working with general labor, cleaning, and skilled construction candidates
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Reliable transportation preferred
