The Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process at all levels. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to define specific recruiting needs, and creatively sourcing candidates for open positions both exempt and non-exempt. Responsibilities include posting job openings, tracking requisition processes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. The Recruiter will also monitor Affirmative Action Plans and may be required to travel for recruitment activities Fully remote - work from anywhere in United States
