About the role

Tasks
- Oversee property management operations across a multifamily portfolio, including operational performance, service delivery, and financial results
- Team-focused leadership: leading, mentoring, and developing on-site teams with clear expectations and accountability
- Partner with the Director of Operations and executive leadership on budgets, performance metrics, and revenue and expense goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of regional-level leadership in multifamily operations or property management, with a proven ability to lead teams across multiple locations
- Must be based in the Detroit, MI area
Pay
- 125K–130K, depending on experience
