Registered Behavior Technician RBT

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Implement individualized care plans developed by BCBA.
- Provide direct support to clients in various settings, such as home and community.
- Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Assist clients with activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and programs.
- Collect data and track client progress as directed by the supervising BCBA.
- Maintain a safe, supportive environment and create positive behavioral support.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and care teams.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.
- Background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), including behavior plans.
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and individualized care plans.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Experience working with children is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- A valid RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hiring.

SCHEDULE
During and/or after-school hours depending on the client's availability.
