High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of Hospice experience
1+ year of Management experience
1+ year of experience in Home Health Care, Epic Home Health, or Home Health
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
ALL of the following certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS), American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
At least 1 year of experience is required, which is reflected in the pay rate.
