Discount ACR is seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service, Scheduler and Tech Manager to join our dynamic HVAC team serving the metro Phoenix, Arizona area. This remote position welcomes applicants working from LATAM or anywhere from home, offering flexibility and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee customer service scheduling operations to ensure timely, efficient HVAC service delivery. Lead and support a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and conflict resolution. Develop and implement scheduling processes and tools to optimize team productivity and customer satisfaction. Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues promptly using strong problem-solving skills. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align customer service initiatives with company goals. Monitor and report on team performance metrics to continuously improve service quality. Act as the primary contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring effective resolution. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certification in Customer Service or Management preferred. Proven experience in scheduling and team leadership roles. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service management or related field. Familiarity with customer service software and scheduling tools.
