Job description
Silverlight Expert Research Network is hiring a full-time Remote Outbound Sales Caller based in London, England. This fully remote role supports revenue growth through customer outreach, effective sales conversations, and thoughtful follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective customers to introduce the company's products and services.
- Use persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close sales and meet quarterly targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction.
- Manage calling campaigns, follow-ups, and daily priorities efficiently.
- Record customer interactions and sales activities accurately in CRM software.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to refine sales techniques.
- Review customer feedback and adjust outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service; outbound sales experience is preferred.
