Remote Sales Representative

Work remotely while handling leads, State Farm.com inquiries, and inbound call-ins. Follow up with provided leads and identify customer needs. Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Meet monthly sales and performance expectations. Maintain a daily activity and sales tracker. Participate in ongoing training and coaching. Take advantage of promotional opportunities and sales incentives. Develop the skills and experience needed for long-term growth within the agency. Requirements include being sales-driven, confident, professional, organized, and motivated. Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred. Insurance licensing is a plus, but training is available.
