We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Shipper to join our logistics team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and on time. Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and shipping labels, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Utilize logistics software to track shipments and manage inventory levels. Communicate with carriers and suppliers to arrange pickups and deliveries, negotiating shipping rates as needed. Resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies quickly and efficiently to maintain operational flow. Maintain organized records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations. Collaborate with team members to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance shipping efficiency. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in logistics or shipping environments preferred. Strong understanding of shipping regulations and documentation. Proficient in logistics and inventory management software. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. The Remote Shipper will work alongside a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional service.
