Resource Development Manager

Tasks

• Lead the fundraising that grows NC4ME's reach to more veterans, transitioning service members and military families across North Carolina.
• Plan and lead campaigns with a track record of results.
• Bring new corporate and community sponsors to the mission.
• Steward funders and partners across the state.

Requirements

• A proven fundraiser. You’ve planned and run donor campaigns with real, measurable results.
• A sponsor builder. You know how to bring in new corporate and community sponsors and turn them into long-term partners.
• A relationship builder. You build lasting trust with employers, funders, and community partners across the state.
• A mission and military advocate. You know the military and veteran landscape, believe in our mission, vision, and values, and can find the grants and resources that help our team grow.
• A military-connected background is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of fundraising/Donor Campaign experience.
• Veterans, transitioning service members and military spouses are strongly encouraged to apply.

Schedule

• Part-time
• 30 hours per week
• Hybrid flexibility
• Occasional statewide travel

Pay

• $50,000–$60,000/YR DOE
