Key Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate catering services and help ensure menus and service meet client expectations.
• Welcome guests and support efficient, pleasant check-in and check-out.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback to improve future visits.
• Work with colleagues to support smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities that encourage guest engagement and attendance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvements and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience; hospitality or related experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus.
• Hospitality or customer service certifications are an advantage.
