Handle transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and credit card processing. Collaborate effectively with team members to create a strong store environment and ensure seamless operations. Resolve customer inquiries and conflicts tactfully and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized store layout, demonstrating attention to detail in merchandise presentation. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with sales techniques and inventory management practices. Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency in time management and problem-solving. Attention to detail and conflict resolution capabilities.
