Tasks

• Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding targets across assigned stores.
• Deliver product education and selling techniques to retail teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with store leadership and associates.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail, field sales, or education experience (Sephora/Ulta preferred).
• Passion for skincare, client service, and sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to motivate and influence retail teams.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on product demonstrations.
• Reliable transportation required.

Schedule

• Field-based role with regular travel across Columbus territory.
• 3-4 days per week in-store.
